Engelhardt ES1 Acoustic Bass Fiddle
                 
  The ES1 series Supreme Bass has an ebony fingerboard and tailpiece, and the body is made of "more select woods" that has an unusual amount of beautiful curl in the maple. These better quality woods are chosen for their appearance,and the ES1 has a more transparent finish to show off these woods. These instruments receive additional attention and are quite attractive. The ES1 has a very nice uniform deep reddish-brown finish. Overall length, 72 inches; scale or string length, 42 inches.
